Hospitality Placemaking
Over the years the good co have worked with various property developers and councils to assist in placemaking an area. We understand how to add value to property assets and increase returns on retail, leisure and office developments. By looking at the key objectives both in the short, medium and long terms we are able to provide innovative solutions and a knock out mix of hospitality operators to enhance development schemes, town centres, shopping centres and venues.
Concept Creation & Implementation
We love creating and developing concepts based on an idea and hard facts which we research; existing offerings, customer profile, research groups, current trends and local population demographic are all considered. It all starts with creating a playbook. This details the overall concept, venue look and feel, service standards, revenue streams, sample food and drink menu, brand and marketing. This can then be further evolved into bar & kitchen design, BOH, detailed drawings and a complete timeline for delivering a successful opening.
Food & Drink Menu Development
We help businesses make the most of their food and drink offering - focused on improving sales, covers, spend per head, operations and profitability. We can assist with casual dining to fine dining working on a model which works. Understanding the venue and its surroundings allows us to develop suitable food and drink menu’s which translate into somethings which taste’s dam good but fits the environment and customer profile creating repeat business and positive customer feedback.
We enjoy creating commercially sound, easily identifiable menu’s which works for the teams producing the menu but also the customers.
Start Up - Mobilisation Planning
We provide turn-key solutions to assist launching a venue. We can happily take control of the opening, providing weekly updates or provide specific support as required. We understand the pinch points and experienced to know the key milestones and order of tasks to achieve a smooth opening.
We can assist with fine tuning the food offering, planning the launch, provide the most suitable trade suppliers and prices, provide the day-to-day procedure documents for opening, assist with management and the team recruitment, utilise our black book of trade suppliers or assist with licensing and planning requirements.
Feasibility Study’s
We have worked with a number of property developers, hotels and town centre regeneration schemes to conduct a detailed understanding into the number of operators and the right blend of F&B, leisure and service retail providers to a development. We conduct research and in some cases set-up a feasibility board to understand the existing consumers wants and needs to shape our suggestions. We then create financial models to underpin our development and implementation planning.
Operator Brokerage
We have worked with hundreds of operators and having our finger on the pulse in regards to good operators across the hospitality, street food and leisure sectors. We can assist providing a complementary solution to underperforming sites which increases sales or closer match a venues look and feel.
We are experienced at matching F&B operators within the hotels, property developments, town centres regenerations schemes or stand alone venue’s not wanting to operate the kitchen.
Brand Activation & Events
We have worked with some of the biggest brands in the world to deliver venue specific, regional and national campaigns to promote individual brands, create brand pop-ups, provide brand activations, training or represent brands at events and festivals.

Operational Support
Our experience of thousands of hospitality shifts has enabled us to develop an informed approach to dealing with all areas of operations. We can support existing operational businesses in a number of ways depending on the requirements. We are well versed in providing and implementing training plans, owner knowledge and strategy planning, operational procedure review, shaping or refining the offering, site crisis management to low performing sites.
We can provide operational audit’s & reporting, with a recommendations and timed plan of action within our reports. We use our experience to listen, troubleshoot and understood issues then we can advice, create a plan of attack, improve operations which will drive footfall and increase sales to leave a sustainable and manageable model allowing progression.

We provide strategic financial forecasting based on projected profit & loss, cash-flow, ROI modelling, rent structures, start-up costs and balance sheet forecasts over a 3 year + basis. In many ways a creating a culture of caring, attention to detail, clear understanding of each person’s tasks and having each other’s backs should be nurtured and developed. Easier said than done.

We aim to understand, listen, and take on boards people thoughts and provide a relevant and cohesive plan for changing the culture or improving the training levels of the team. We normally create a training plan agenda and top line plan then work with operational team to fine tune and fill in specific elements to create buy in from the start of the process.
